Through the years I have developed a passion for working on cars. For me, the fascination runs deeper than simply having a car that looks good and drives fast. Learning about and understanding the various systems implemented in automobiles, from engines to suspensions, leaves me with the unshakable belief that there is an underlying art form in the pursuit of power. I have long been a Honda enthusiast as I see the resonance of this art form in every vehicle they make. Placing an incredible level of technology and refinement into everyday vehicles has become a hallmark of Honda. Beneath the surface of every Honda lies evidence of the passion with which it was designed. Of course, for the masses, each car must be subdued. Unlocking the deep reserves of engineering might within the Honda K- series platform has become an obsession of mine. There is no finer 4-cylinder engine platform on the market at present. I came to own a K-series engine when I purchased my 2002 Honda Civic Si with a virgin odometer. Over the years, I've modified, destroyed, and rebuilt the engine.
